    This major, characterized by “Information + Intelligence”, aims to cultivate professionals with a solid theoretical foundation, experimental skills, engineering design capabilities, and innovation capabilities in the field of optoelectronic information engineering. Graduates are expected to master the principles and application technologies related to optoelectronic intelligent sensing, optical information processing systems, optoelectronic information detection, and intelligent perception systems. Graduates are employed in research institutions and enterprises, mainly engaged in product research, development, design, operation, maintenance, and technical management in fields such as optical communication systems, optical system design, optoelectronic sensing and systems, information perception, and intelligent manufacturing.
